Rates are for a family of four people.  Extra people are charged at $100 / person/ week.

Rates include use of kayaks and bikes.  Laundry facilities are available at the house.  Full linen is provided, excluding beach towels.

All prices are subject to GST.

For pre booking High Season is for weekly rental only.
